All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) according to Spanish legislation.
Prices are fixed once your order is confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information to ensure proper order processing.

5. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Orders are processed once payment has been received.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production or shipment has not yet begun.
After this period, cancellations are not possible.
All returns or refunds follow our official Refund and Return Policy, available on our website.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Each order requires a preparation period of 1–2 weeks prior to shipping.
Shipments are handled through FedEx or Correos (Spain Post), with estimated delivery times of 4–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors beyond our control.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. PRECIOS Y FACTURACIÓN

Todos los precios se muestran en euros (€) e incluyen el IVA correspondiente, conforme a la legislación española.
Una vez confirmado el pedido, el precio es fijo.
Los pagos se procesan de forma segura mediante Shopify Payments, PayPal u otros proveedores autorizados.
El cliente debe proporcionar información precisa y actualizada de facturación y envío.

5. PEDIDOS Y CANCELACIONES

Al realizar un pedido, usted formula una oferta de compra.
Nos reservamos el derecho de aceptar o rechazar pedidos a nuestra discreción.
Las cancelaciones se aceptan dentro de las primeras 24 horas, siempre que la producción o el envío no se hayan iniciado.
Pasado este plazo, el pedido no podrá cancelarse.
Las devoluciones y reembolsos se rigen por nuestra Política de Devoluciones y Reembolsos publicada en la web.

6. ENVÍOS Y ENTREGA

Cada pedido requiere 1 a 2 semanas de preparación antes del envío.
Los envíos se gestionan mediante FedEx o Correos (España), con plazos estimados de 4 a 10 días laborables.
Una vez despachado, se enviará un número de seguimiento.
No nos hacemos responsables de retrasos ocasionados por aduanas, transportistas o causas ajenas a nuestro control.
